Three Service Lines. Built Around How Conventions Actually Run.

Standard exhibit freight, oversized heavy haul, and last-minute saves. Here’s what we move and how.

Convention Logistics, End to End

Most freight gets booked and forgotten. Convention freight doesn’t work that way. Between pickup and delivery there’s a marshaling yard, a dock target, a show contractor, and a floor that opens whether you’re on it or not.

Our three service lines are built for the work that happens in that gap.

Dry Van Convention

The workhorse of trade show transportation. Enclosed truckload service for booth displays, staging, exhibit components, promotional materials, and packaged event freight — including FTL coordination, dock appointments, marshaling yard targeting, and return freight after show close.

Landstar Express America Expedited

For the moments when the original plan didn’t survive contact with reality. Overnight transit, team drivers, dedicated straight trucks, cargo vans, and exclusive-use service — coordinated through Landstar Express America to recover timelines on freight that absolutely has to land on schedule.

Platform Convention

Flatbed, step deck, double-drop, and removable gooseneck trailers for oversized and over-dimensional freight. Construction equipment, mining machinery, fire apparatus, industrial exhibits — anything that won’t fit through a standard dock door.

Why Convention Clients Stay With Us

The Landstar network gives us access to one of the country’s largest pools of trucks, drivers, and specialized equipment. The Las Vegas focus gives us a working knowledge of the venues, the show contractors, the dock crews, and the quirks of every property on The Strip. The 30+ years tells us where the problems usually hide before they show up.

You get all three.
